On Friday, 22 Nov, we look forward to an intellectual 'two meal course' (presumably with dessert at the pub): 3-4pm: Saul Mullard: 'Territory, Taxation and the Kingdom of Sikkim: Nineteenth Century Administrative documents from Darjeeling and the Sikkimese Plains (rgya gzhis)'
